We recommend using Uber/Lyft or parking at the venue. Gate codes are required upon entry. For guests staying at La Quinta Resort & Club, a shuttle bus will be provided for transportation only on the day of the wedding. Please see the Transportation section under the Travel tab to learn more.

We have reserved a room block at La Quinta Resort & Club. Please book your stay by September 24th to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code "Chandler-Miller Wedding Room Block" to receive our reduced rate.

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate children or additional plus ones not listed on the invitation. We decided to have a smaller wedding of ~65 guests so we can spend the most time possible with our closest family and friends!

Our dress code is Cocktail to Formal Attire, which gives you a little flexibility to dress up in a way that feels comfortable and celebratory. For women, this could mean a cocktail dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or a floor-length gown—think elegant and festive. For men, a suit and dress shirt is perfect and you’re welcome to wear a tuxedo if you’re feeling fancy! The venue is outdoors with desert vibes, so we recommend avoiding stilettos and opting for shoes that can handle a little grass. Layers are also a good idea, as it can cool off in the evening. The wedding party is wearing black suits and muted warm-colored dresses. We would love it if our guests' dresses matched this palette! This includes variations of muted pinks, reds, oranges, yellows, browns, and purples. However, wearing a dress in this color palette is optional, and you are free to wear whatever makes you feel most confident. At the end of the day, we want you to feel your best and celebrate with us in style—so dress up, have fun, and bring your dancing shoes!

The average weather for late October in Indio is a high of ~85 degrees and a low of ~58 degrees. However, anything is possible!

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. We will be serving beer, wine, and cocktails.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can access our registry and honeymoon fund on the Registry tab. We ask that you please send gifts directly to our home address rather than bringing them to the venue. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to enjoy some champagne, walk to the ceremony space, and find a seat.

Our reception will end around 10:00 PM, after which there will be an after-party inside the house at the venue. We'll be providing shuttle transportation to any guests staying at the La Quinta Resort & Club who are interested in continuing the party post-reception until midnight. There will be self-serve drinks and complementary late-night bites.
